• Coating resin polymer selected to expedite dry & extend coating endurance to accommodate variable weather conditions
• Using ASTM test methods (salt spray, humidity, QUV), measurably improved product weathering in side by side testing
• Primer designed with open re-coat window to remedy wrinkling in overlap areas. Applied film thickness control emphasized to maintain uniform physical properties. 
• Improved water resistance & coating recovery for un-primed boxes
• Established standard color chips. Batches color-matched to <1.0 Delta E
