Alkyd

Alkyd is easy to apply and has the benefit of protective qualities. Spray, dip, and flow coat application types are available. Alkyd’s cures are air dry, force dry, and bake. Its VOC is 2.5-3.0. Alkyd is available for heavy equipment, containers, automotive, castings, and general metal.

Acrylic Emulsion

Acrylic Emulsion is fast dry with a number of protective qualities and a low VOC. Spray, dip, and flow coat application types are available. Its cures are air dry, force dry, and bake. The VOC range for this is less than 2.0. Acrylic Emulsion is widely used in pipe & tube markets and general metal.

Water-Soluble Acrylic

Water-Soluble Acrylic has the benefit of gloss retention, hardness, and dip tank stability. Spray, dip, and flow coat application types are available. Its cure is bake. Water-Soluble Acrylic produces a VOC range of 2.5-3.0. This coating is primarily found in metal furniture, lockers, and shelving.

2-Component Epoxy Primer

2-Component Epoxy Primer is known for corrosion resistance, fast dry, and durability. It uses a spray application type. Its cure is air dry and its VOC range is less than 3.5. The markets that most commonly use 2-Component Epoxy Primer are heavy equipment, flooring, and maintenance.

2-Component Acrylic Topcoat

2-Component Acrylic Topcoat has non-isocyanate, zero HAPS, and low-VOC benefits. It uses a spray application and its cure is air dry. 2-Component Acrylic Topcoat has a VOC range of less than 3.5 and is found in the heavy equipment market.
